生物化学研究所
生物化学研究所自成立以来，与华大基因全资子公司Complete Genomics携手合作，专注于新一代DNA测序技术的研究工作，为华大基因在未来农业、医疗和健康领域发展奠定基础，实现基因科技造福人类。
生物化学研究所下设两大科研方向:
测序生化方向旨在开发新型测序技术、协助自主平台研发以及维护现有测序产品。目前已开发了基于DNA纳米球的新一代测序技术，并不断的提高测序速度、准确性和灵敏度。已成功自主开发的核心测序技术有：DNA纳米球制备和装载技术、联合锚定探针聚合技术（Combinatorial Probe-Anchor Synthesis，cPAS）以及双端测序技术（DNA Nanoball-Pair End，DNB-PE）。已经应用于多款BGISEQ系列测序仪上，满足了不同级别的科研与临床需求。
测序文库构建方向旨在开发基于自主测序平台的快速、高效、低成本和微量起始的新型文库构建技术。目前正在研发的技术包括：目标区域快速富集建库技术、DNA和RNA目标区域同时富集建库技术、基于片段可控及分支连接技术的长片段建库技术、基于co-barcoding技术的单倍体型建库技术（Long Fragment Read，LFR）及单细胞RNA建库技术（Micro-well Based Single Cell RNA-SEQ，Well-SEQ）。
生物化学研究所依托华大基因世界领先的基因组测序和合成平台、国内外高等院校和科研机构联盟合作网络开展基础研究。目前共有60余名海内外科研精英，具有多年生化领域的研发经验，共申请30余项测序技术专利。实验室拥有BGISEQ、DIPSEQ等系列测序仪20余台。现因研究所发展需要，向海内外公开招聘生化开发高级研究员。我们长期欢迎具有高度责任感与自我激励型的专业优秀人才。

职位：生化开发高级研究员-负责前瞻性生化方向探索
职位信息:
1. 进行DNA测序技术研发等相关工作，指导并带领团队完成生物化学、分子生物学等实验开发；
2. 进行实验数据分析和实验结果评估，汇报实验结果并解决实验方案中出现的问题；
3. 设计优化实验方案和流程，探索新的实验技术和方法；
4. 总结且撰写标准操作指导书；
5. 定期、及时向上级汇报组内工作进展及工作计划。
任职条件:
1. 化学生物学，生物化学，分子生物学或者化学等相关专业，博士及以上学历；
2. 有分子诊断或蛋白测序相关经验者优先；
3. 具有3年以上工作经验者，具有海外留学经历/工作经历者优先；
4. 必须有较强的独立工作能力. 自觉性强. 熟悉基本核酸化学，生物化学，分子生物学实验技术；
5. 思维清晰敏捷，好学，善思考. 能适应不断发展的研究课题；
6. 较强的英文阅读、写作能力，能够快速进行英文文献阅读及邮件交流能力，能用中文及英文汇报工作；
7. 具有良好的团队合作精神，良好的沟通和表达能力；
8. 有团队管理经验。
