大肠杆菌内表达的蛋白质N端的甲硫氨酸为什么会被切除？

A：请教一下各位大神，为什么这个P450在大肠杆菌表达，N端的Met会被切掉？谢谢

B：大肠内部的酶系统切除的

C：跟第二个氨基酸的种类有很大关系

D：应该是大肠杆菌的N end rule，第一个M很多情况都被切掉。

E：是被甲硫氨酸氨基肽酶切除的。切除与否有其具体的规律： 一、如果 N-端的第二位氨基酸残基的回转半径≤1.29Å，如甘氨酸、丙氨酸、 丝氨酸、半胱氨酸、苏氨酸、脯氨酸和缬氨酸，那么起始的甲硫氨酸将会被切除； 但如果临近的 N-末端第二位氨基酸残基的回转半径≥1.43 Å 时，甲硫氨酸则不会 被切除。 二、如果 N-末端的第三位氨基酸残基是脯氨酸，那么甲硫氨酸从具有中等 长度侧链的氨基酸残基上切割下来则会受到抑制，而如果 N-末端序列是 Met-Cys-Pro-和 Met-Pro-Pro-，起始的甲硫氨酸则不会被切割下来，这或许是因 为第三位的脯氨酸残基会在拓扑结构上扭曲氨基末端，因此会抑制甲硫氨酸氨基肽酶的作用。
